By using Popbooth you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
Popbooth Pro
Popbooth Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly through your Apple ID. A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.
Your content
Your photos are yours. Only photograph people who agree to it, and don’t use Popbooth or Friend Booth to share content that is illegal, harassing or that you don’t have the right to share.
No warranty
Popbooth is provided “as is”. Friend Booth depends on iCloud and your internet connection and may not always be available.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Elden Studios Company isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from using the app.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
